1. مقدّمة
في Fynchat (فينشات) — منصة وتطبيق من تطوير Abdulaziz M Alzamil تحت علامة Fyntralink — خصوصية بياناتك أولوية قصوى. هذه السياسة تشرح كيف نجمع البيانات ونستخدمها ونحميها عبر منصّة الويب وتطبيق الجوال، سواء كنت صاحب منشأة، موظفًا في فريقها، أو عميلًا يتواصل مع منشأة تستخدم فينشات.
2. البيانات اللي نجمعها
أ) بيانات حسابك
- الاسم الكامل والبريد الإلكتروني
- اسم الشركة ومعلوماتها
- رقم الجوّال للتواصل
- كلمة المرور (مشفّرة بـ bcrypt)
ب) بيانات الاستخدام
- عناوين IP وسجلات الدخول
- إحصائيات استخدام المنصّة
- سجلات الأخطاء والأداء
ج) بيانات عملائك (تشغّلها أنت عبر المنصّة)
- أرقام WhatsApp لجهات اتصالك
- محتوى المحادثات والقوالب
- سجلات إرسال الحملات
⚠ نتعامل مع بيانات عملائك كـ معالج بيانات (Data Processor) ، وأنت المتحكّم (Controller) . مسؤوليتك التأكّد من حصولك على إذن العميل قبل إرسال رسائل تسويقية له.
📱 تطبيق الجوال Fynchat — بيانات وأذونات إضافية
تطبيق فينشات للجوال أداة عمل لفريقك (صندوق وارد موحّد) يستخدمه موظفو خدمة العملاء والمبيعات. إضافةً لما سبق، يجمع التطبيق:
- رمز جهاز الإشعارات (Firebase FCM / APNs) — لإرسال تنبيهات الرسائل والطلبات فور وصولها
- بيانات الجهاز وسجلات الأعطال (نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل) — لتحسين الأداء والاستقرار عبر Google Firebase
- رمز الدخول يُخزَّن مشفّرًا على جهازك ويُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج
أذونات الجهاز التي يطلبها التطبيق:
- الكاميرا والمعرض والميكروفون: لإرسال الصور والفيديو والمستندات والرسائل الصوتية داخل المحادثات
- الإشعارات: لتنبيهك بالرسائل والطلبات الواردة
- إعفاء تحسين البطارية (اختياري): لضمان وصول الإشعارات أثناء عمل التطبيق في الخلفية
كل الأذونات تُطلب عند الحاجة فقط، ويمكنك إدارتها في أي وقت من إعدادات النظام.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل خدماتنا وتقديم الميزات اللي اشتركت فيها
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو التحديثات المهمّة
- تحسين المنصّة وتطويرها
- الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية في المملكة العربية السعودية
- منع الاحتيال وضمان أمن المنصّة
4. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك لأحد، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية. نشاركها فقط مع:
- لإرسال رسائلك عبر منصّتها الرسمية
- لاستضافة الخدمة وإرسال الإيميلات
- لإشعارات الدفع وتقارير الأعطال في تطبيق الجوال — وفق سياسة خصوصية Google
- الجهات الحكومية: فقط بأمر قضائي صحيح من السلطات السعودية
5. أمن البيانات
نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية بياناتك:
- تشفير TLS 1.3 لكل الاتصالات
- تشفير كلمات المرور والـ tokens في قاعدة البيانات
- عزل بيانات كل عميل عن غيره (Multi-tenant isolation)
- نسخ احتياطية يومية مشفّرة
- سجلات وصول مراقَبة
- اختبارات اختراق دورية
6. حقوقك
حسب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL)، لك الحق في:
- الوصول إلى بياناتك وطلب نسخة منها
- تصحيح البيانات الخاطئة
- حذف بياناتك (Right to be forgotten)
- الاعتراض على معالجة معيّنة
- نقل بياناتك إلى مزوّد آخر

. نلتزم بالردّ خلال 30 يوم.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط، أو حسب ما تتطلّبه الأنظمة (عادة 7 سنوات للسجلات المالية). عند إلغاء حسابك، تُحذف بياناتك خلال 90 يوم، ما عدا اللي مطلوب الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.
8. الكوكيز (Cookies)
نستخدم كوكيز ضرورية لتسجيل الدخول وأمن الجلسة فقط. لا نستخدم كوكيز تتبّع لأغراض إعلانية.
9. الأطفال
خدمتنا موجَّهة للأعمال التجارية، مو للأطفال. لا نجمع بيانات بقصد من أشخاص دون 18 عام.
10. تحديثات هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر. سنخبرك بالتحديثات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل المنصّة قبل دخولها حيّز التنفيذ بـ 30 يوم.

1. Introduction
At Fynchat — a platform and app developed by Abdulaziz M Alzamil under the Fyntralink brand — your data privacy is a top priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data across the web platform and the mobile app, whether you are a business owner, an agent on their team, or a customer messaging a business that uses Fynchat.
2. Data We Collect
a) Account Data
- Full name and email address
- Company name and details
- Contact mobile number
- Password (encrypted with bcrypt)
b) Usage Data
- IP addresses and login records
- Platform usage statistics
- Error and performance logs
c) Your Customers’ Data (operated by you through the platform)
- WhatsApp numbers of your contacts
- Conversation content and templates
- Campaign delivery records
⚠ We handle your customers’ data as a Data Processor , and you are the Controller . It is your responsibility to ensure you have obtained the customer’s consent before sending them marketing messages.
📱 Fynchat Mobile App — additional data & permissions
The Fynchat mobile app is a team work tool (unified inbox) used by customer-service and sales agents. In addition to the above, the app collects:
- A push-notification device token (Firebase FCM / APNs) — to deliver message and request alerts in real time
- Device details and crash logs (device model, OS) — to improve performance and stability via Google Firebase
- Your access token is stored encrypted on the device and removed on sign-out
Device permissions the app requests:
- Camera, gallery & microphone: to send photos, videos, documents and voice notes in chats
- Notifications: to alert you to incoming messages and requests
- Battery-optimization exemption (optional): to keep alerts arriving while the app runs in the background
Permissions are requested only when needed and can be managed anytime from system settings.
3. How We Use Data
- Operating our services and providing the features you subscribed to
- Contacting you regarding your account or important updates
- Improving and developing the platform
- Complying with legal obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Preventing fraud and ensuring platform security
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with:
- to send your messages through its official platform
- to host the service and send emails
- Push notifications and crash reporting for the mobile app — per Google's privacy policy
- Government Authorities: only under a valid court order from the Saudi authorities
5. Data Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- TLS 1.3 encryption for all communications
- Encryption of passwords and tokens in the database
- Isolating each customer’s data from others (Multi-tenant isolation)
- Encrypted daily backups
- Monitored access logs

6. Your Rights
