An explanation of Fynchat costs + Meta costs, with practical examples.

When you use WhatsApp Business through Fynchat, you pay on two levels:
Each plan comes with a monthly message limit + features.
Meta charges a fee for each conversation (not per message), which varies based on:
| Conversation type | Price |
|---|---|
| Service (customer-initiated conversation) | Free |
| Marketing (business → customer) | ~SAR 0.46 |
| Utility (business → customer) | ~SAR 0.13 |
| Authentication | ~SAR 0.05 |
Prices are official from Meta. Check the official pricing for the latest figures.
Each conversation lasts 24 hours from when it starts. During this period:
A merchant sends a Marketing campaign to 1,000 customers + 5 order-confirmation messages per customer:
| Item | Calculation | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 Marketing conversations | 1,000 × 0.46 | SAR 460 |
| 1,000 Utility conversations (the five confirmation messages per customer within one window = one conversation each) | 1,000 × 0.13 | SAR 130 |
Note that the Utility category opens a conversation separate from the Marketing one even inside the same window (per the rule above). Prices are approximate — keep an eye on your actual bill in Business Manager.
Not the Fynchat subscription, but Meta charges its fees as usual.
No. Meta treats all plans at the same price. The discount is on the Fynchat subscription only.
