Salla orders inside the shared inbox

Your agents see a Salla customer's orders and shipping status right beside the conversation — no switching to the store dashboard, no asking for an order number.

The worst part of store support is bouncing between two screens: the conversation on one, the store dashboard on the other. Fynchat puts the customer's orders inside the conversation itself.

What your agent sees

Open any conversation with a customer registered in your Salla store and a "🛒 Salla orders" card appears in the side panel with:

  • Customer profile: name, city, order count and total spent
  • The last five orders: reference, status, amount and date
  • Shipping status per order when available
  • Recent events: new order, status change, shipment update — in time order

Buttons that save your agent minutes

Button What it does
Open in Salla ↗ Opens that order directly in your store dashboard
Copy customer link Copies the customer-facing order page link to send them
Copy summary for reply Copies a ready summary (reference + status + shipping + amount) to paste into the reply
📝 Note Pins a note on the order in Salla without leaving the conversation

The note is written to Salla immediately and is visible to the rest of your team when they open the order there — handy for recording "customer asked to postpone delivery to Thursday".

How customers are matched to orders

By phone number. Fynchat compares the conversation's number with your store's customers and handles country-code formatting differences automatically (+966, a leading 0, or neither).

So the card may be absent in two perfectly normal cases:

  • A website-chat visitor who has not shared a number yet — the card appears as soon as it is known
  • A customer writing from a number not registered in the store — ask for the order reference and look it up

Does an agent need a special permission?

No. Any agent who can open the conversation sees its card. And the card never appears for accounts without an active Salla connection, so it adds no clutter for other customers.

How fresh is the data?

It comes from a copy Fynchat refreshes from your store every five minutes, and is reloaded each time the conversation is opened (with brief caching to keep the inbox fast). In practice your agent sees the current state of the order, and the refresh control next to the card title pulls the newest copy instantly.
