Your Salla products flow into the Fynchat catalogue automatically — prices, discounts, images and categories — and the AI agent quotes from them.
For the AI agent to answer "how much is this?" and for your team to send a product card in a conversation, Fynchat needs a copy of your store catalogue. That copy is built and kept current automatically once your store is connected.
For every product in your Salla store:
A product you delete or unpublish in Salla is deactivated in Fynchat, never deleted — so you keep the history of what customers were asking about.
Salla products appear under Settings → Catalogue with a 🛒 Salla badge, and editing them here is locked on purpose: any change would be overwritten at the next sync. Edit the product in Salla and the change reaches you within half an hour.
If you want a product independent of your store — an adjusted version, or something you only offer over WhatsApp — click Detach from Salla. It becomes a manual product you can edit freely, and sync leaves it alone from then on.
Your existing manual products are never touched by the sync.
Click any product name to open its page: a full specification table (price, pre-discount price and discount percentage, stock, SKU, category, last sync), its image gallery, and an Open in your store ↗ link straight to the product page in Salla.
Does the sync affect my store? No. It reads in one direction only, from Salla into Fynchat. We never write to your store or change your prices or stock.
My store has thousands of products. They are pulled in batches; large stores finish their first sync within minutes.
Do Salla products appear in the WhatsApp catalogue? That is a next step on our roadmap — the Fynchat catalogue is already prepared for it.
